Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems while using our software, this section will help you identify and resolve common errors. Follow the instructions below to resolve common issues yourself.

1. User interface/app issues

Symptoms:

  • Display errors or missing elements in the user interface
  • Buttons or menus are not responding

Solutions:

  • Restart the software.
  • Reinstall the software.
  • Update Android and all apps in the Google Play Store.
  • Download the latest Version.

2. Login issues

Symptoms:

  • Error messages when trying to log in
  • Login details are not accepted

Solutions:

  • Check your login details and make sure they are entered correctly.
  • Have an admin to reset your password.

3. Performance problems

Symptoms:

  • Slow response times
  • Frequent crashes or freezes of the software

Solutions:

  • Download the latest Version.
  • Close unnecessary applications to free up system resources.

4. Connection problems

Symptoms:

  • Error messages when connecting to the G-RFID (Windows)

Solutions:

  • Check the connection details (Server IP, Bluetooth Settings) in the settings.
  • Make sure the G-RFID (Windows) are running and accessible (TCP/Bluetooth Server is active, Firewall rule added).
  • Make sure there is a fast connection between this application and the G-RFID (Windows).
